- Preschool Tuition: $34,315
- Pre-Kindergarten Tuition: $43,685
- Kindergarten Tuition: $47,430
- Grades 1–5 Tuition: $49,930
- Middle School Tuition (Grades 6–8): $55,780
- Upper School Tuition (Grades 9–12): $56,820
Tuition Includes:
- school lunches
- textbooks, workbooks, classroom materials
- cost of most local field trips, retreats, outdoor education fees
- laboratory and other science fees
- tickets to school productions
- a yearbook
- student photographs and ID cards
2026–2027 PAYMENT OPTIONS
The full terms and conditions of payment are stated on the enrollment contract. When submitting a contract, parents/guardians choose one of the following payment options.

| Due June 19, 2026 (carries a 1% discount on tuition, except for families on financial aid). |
| Two payments |
| 60% (minus enrollment deposit) due June 19, 2026; balance due December 1, 2026. |
| Ten monthly instalLments |

Tuition payments are made via the FACTS Tuition Management platform; all families are required to set up a FACTS account.
Payment for optional services and charitable contributions to the School may also be made by credit card.

Financial Aid Overview
WIS is committed to economic diversity in our community.
Need-based grants help families who could not otherwise afford tuition and fees. About 16% of current students receive aid, and grant amounts vary by need, though every family pays some portion of tuition and fees. Aid is available to roughly 15 newly admitted students each year. Applications are processed through Clarity.
Families who enter as full pay remain full pay unless they can show a significant change in circumstances or a sibling enrolls at another tuition-charging school.
Admissions Committees review applicants need-blind. Because qualified applicants' need exceeds available funds, final admissions decisions are need-sensitive. Students qualified for both admission and aid, but for whom funds aren't currently available, are placed in our Wait Pool.
APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID

| Step Two: Submit Supporting Documentation | Due January 15 |

Within the application you will be asked to give approval for Clarity to retrieve your 2025 Federal Tax Returns and 2025 W-2s directly from the IRS (Deadline January 15) |
| Step Three: Submit 2026 Tax Documentation |

In mid-January, you will be prompted to upload a copy of your 2026 W-2s (Deadline: February 1). In mid-March, you will be prompted to upload a copy of your 2026 Federal Tax Return (Deadline: April 20). |
