Intranet access requires you to use Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4 or later). Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
If you encounter a login box with two text areas, like the one shown below, you must enter your information thus:
User Name: wisdom\yourusername
Password: yourpassword
If you encounter a login box with three text areas, like the one shown below, you must enter your information thus:
User Name: yourusername
Password: yourpassword
Domain: wisdom
