From Washington DC (downtown)
From Connecticut Avenue, Macomb Street is located between the National Zoo and the Uptown Theatre. Take Connecticut north and turn left on Macomb Street two blocks past the Zoo. Entrance gates for the school are on your left marked by signs.
From Maryland
Take exit 33 from I-495 (Capital Beltway) at Connecticut Avenue Washington. Follow Connecticut Avenue south. Turn right on Macomb Street after the Uptown Theatre and Newark Street. Entrance gates for the school are on your left marked by signs.
From Virginia
Cross the Key Bridge and turn right on M Street; stay in the left lane. Turn left on 33rd Street to Wisconsin Avenue heading north. Pass Washington National Cathedral on your right. Turn right on Macomb Street (third right after the Cathedral. Entrance gates for the school are on your right marked by signs.
Directions to the Primary School
From Tregaron Campus
From Macomb Street or Woodley Street, take Wisconsin Avenue south. Bear right on 35th Street. Follow 35th Street to R Street. Turn right on R, then left on 36th Street and enter the Primary School Campus on your right.
From Virginia
Cross the Key Bridge and turn right on M Street; stayin the left lane. Turn left on 33rd Street. Turn left on Prospect Street and right on 35th Street. Continue north for eight blocks to R Street then turn left. Turn left on 36th Street, and enter the Primary School campus on your right. An agreement with the Burleith neighborhood Association requires you to approach the school from R Street.
